§ 14-75. Recovery of expenses.

All costs and expense incurred by the town in abating any nuisance, including a reasonable attorney's fee for any necessary or appropriate services by the town attorney in connection therewith, may be recovered by proper action from the person creating or permitting any such nuisance in accordance with the assessment procedure prescribed in section 14-72.
