§ 18-1. Municipal court established.

There is hereby established a municipal court for the town pursuant to C.R.S. § 13-10-101 et seq., organized to hear and try all violations of ordinance provisions of the town as a "Qualified Municipal Court of Record" pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. § 13-10-102(3). Said court shall keep a verbatim record of the proceeding and evidence at trials by electric device or by stenographic means.
