§ 22-54. Notice to property owners of action of board.

Within three days from the time the board orders the construction of any sidewalks, curbs, or gutters, the town clerk shall mail a notice to or otherwise actually notify the owners of the abutting property or their agents of the action taken by the board concerning such improvements and shall call for sealed bids for the construction of such improvements to be presented to the board at its next regular meeting. The notice to the property owners shall state the time and place of the opening of bids.
