§ 22-103. Grading and paving upon petition of property owners.

Whenever the owners of the majority of the frontage of the lots or land adjacent to or abutting upon any alley or designated portion thereof within the town shall petition the board for the grading of the alley or the grading and paving of such alley, the board shall immediately order the grading or grading and paving to be done.
