§ 24-45. Administrative remedies.

When any of the provisions of this article are violated, in addition to any other fines and penalties provided in such case, the mayor or town clerk shall have authority to discontinue service. Once service is so discontinued, it shall not be resumed except by order of the mayor or the town clerk, after payment of the actual expenses or costs for such discontinuance and resumption of service, and upon compliance with such terms and conditions as shall be necessary to ensure that there will be no further cause for complaint against the offending consumer.
