§ 24-89. Discontinuance of sewer service.

In addition to the remedies provided in this article, the town may, without notice, terminate sanitary sewer service to any premises for which the sanitary sewer system charges are delinquent for a period of seven days after notice of termination has been served as provided in section 24-87. Termination of sanitary sewer service for nonpayment of the town's service charges shall be done in accordance with the procedure set forth for termination of water service in section 24-87.
