§ 2-1. Master fee schedule.

The town shall maintain a master fee schedule for permits, licenses and other town fees, charges and costs. Unless otherwise indicated, the amount of any fees, charges and costs imposed by the town, including, but not limited to, those set forth in the town's master fee schedule, shall be established from time to time by action of the board of trustees, as it deems necessary. A copy of the master fee schedule shall be kept in the office of the town clerk and be made available for public examination during normal working hours.
