§ 2-24. Mayor, duties.

The mayor shall preside over the meeting of the board of trustees; shall have the same voting powers as any member of the board of trustees; shall be the executive head of the town; and shall perform such duties as may be required of him by statute or by the provisions of this Code or other ordinances of the town.
