§ 8-45. Beer and liquor licenses, application and investigation fee.

  • Application for a license to sell fermented malt beverages, malt, vinous or spirituous liquors of any kind or nature shall be submitted on forms provided by the state department of revenue, and the same shall be filed with the town clerk, accompanied by cash or a certified check or bank draft in the amount set out in the town's master fee schedule to defray the costs of making the necessary investigations, publications and postings and to complete the processing of the application in the manner specified by law.
