§ 8-96. Fees.

Latest version.

(a)

The initial application fee and any renewal application fee for medical marijuana businesses are due at the time of said application and shall be in the amount set forth in the town's master fee schedule.

(b)

Operating fees for retail marijuana businesses are due at the time of application and any renewal application, and shall be in the amount set forth in the town's master fee schedule.
