§ 10-201. Use of revenues.

Latest version.

Revenues from the excise tax shall be deposited in the general fund and shall be available to pay for the general expenses of government. Excise tax revenues may be appropriated and expended upon authorization by the town board for uses determined reasonable and necessary by the town board.
