§ 14-69. Nuisance defined.

Anything which is actionably injurious to the health or morals, or indecent or offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property is declared to be an offense and a nuisance and as such shall be abated and punished as provided in this article.
