§ 14-77. Penalties.

Whenever in any section of this article or rule or regulation promulgated hereunder the doing of any act is required, prohibited, or declared to be unlawful and no definite fine or penalty is provided for violation thereof, any person, firm, or corporation who shall be convicted of a violation of any such article or section shall, for each day the offense shall occur or shall continue, be punished in accordance with section 1-14.
