§ 16-21. Additions or modifications.

The Model Traffic Code is subject to the following additions or modifications:
(1)

Section 225(3) is amended to read, "Any person who violates subsection (1) of this section commits a class B traffic infraction."

(2)

Section 1210(3) is amended to read, "Any person who violates the provisions of subsection (2) of this section is guilty of a Class 2 petty offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of $25.00."
