§ 24-73. Application.

Latest version.

The application for said permit shall be in writing and shall contain the following information:
(1)

Name and address of the applicant;

(2)

Name and address of the owner of the premises where said connection is to be made; drain or line is to be laid;

(3)

Location of the proposed connection, drain or sewer pipes;

(4)

Statement as to the type of connection and type of materials to be discharged into the sewer.
