§ 24-74. Issuance of permit.

Latest version.

If the proposed connection does not violate any provision of this Code, and does not violate any other laws of the town, the building official or the town clerk shall issue a permit for such connection. Such permit shall contain all information contained in said application and shall specify the type and kind of grease and sand traps to be used.
