§ 24-109. Adoption of 1983 Colorado Plumbing Code.

The 1983 Colorado Plumbing Code, as promulgated by the state examining board of plumbers, which adopts and promulgates, with certain specified amendments or exceptions, the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1982 edition, by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, is hereby adopted as the plumbing code of the town. Three copies of the 1983 Colorado Plumbing Code, as the primary code to be adopted by reference, and three copies of the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1982 edition, as the secondary code to be adopted by the provisions of this article, are on file in the office of the town clerk and may be inspected during regular business hours.
