§ 24-110. Definition of "administrative authority"; appointment of board of appeals.

(a)

The "administrative authority," as defined and used in the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1982 edition, and as used in section 24-112, shall be construed to be the building official of the town.

(b)

For the purpose of part 1, section 20.14 of the Uniform Plumbing Code, the board of trustees of the town is designated and appointed to be the "board of appeals."
