§ 4-42. Penalty.

(a)

Any person convicted of violating section 4-39 shall be fined an amount not less than $150.00 and not to exceed $300.00.

(b)

Any person convicted of violating any other section of this chapter may, upon conviction, be punished in accordance with section 1-14.
